My Name is Yoon-Ok Jang. I am in my twenties. I was born in a very small town in Korea. Because of the distance between my home and school, when I was 12 years old, I had to leave my parents and move to a bigger city. For a 12-year-old girl, the world was so big, and even it was so burdensome. I needed someone who could take care of me, especially my soul.
Meanwhile I met a few Christian brothers and sisters of the local church in that city. When I went to the church meeting, I felt so warm, so peaceful. What a relief I got. I didn’t need to arm myself. They were like my parents, my brothers, and my sisters. My soul got watered. I received a lot of brotherly love, and I could grow up properly like a child who grows up in a normal family.
